Together with the SEO & GEO team, you own how all of it gets found, understood and cited, on Google and inside AI answers.

The strategic and technical depth is real: taxonomies, faceted navigation, crawling and indexation on large scale fluctuating inventory. So is the open ground. The GEO and AIO playbook is being written right now, and you decide ours, backed by Swiss labor market data no competitor holds, engineers in the team who put your ideas into production, and AI coding agents to prototype as fast as you can think. End to end, from first insight to measurable growth. No agency in the middle, no queue to join, with colleagues in Zürich, Geneva, Vienna, Belgrade and Porto.

TES TÂCHES

  • Own SEO and GEO initiatives end to end, from idea and validation to delivery and impact measurement
  • Audit jobs.ch, jobup.ch and jobscout24.ch and set priorities based on search demand, user needs and business impact
  • Improve platform architecture: taxonomies, faceted navigation, internal linking, crawlability and indexation
  • Build scalable, AI supported content workflows using our proprietary data, with clear quality controls
  • Strengthen structured data and entity coverage so search engines and AI systems understand and cite our content
  • Work directly with engineers to take fixes, features and prototypes from idea to production
  • Drive digital PR and off page initiatives powered by Swiss labor market insights
  • Analyze organic performance, crawler logs and AI visibility, and use AI coding agents to audit, automate and build prototypes

TON PROFIL

  • At least 4 years of hands-on experience in SEO for large scale websites, with proven organic growth on dynamic, fast changing inventory, ideally a marketplace, classifieds or e-commerce platform
  • Advanced technical SEO knowledge: architecture, structured data, crawling, duplication and indexation
  • Hands on experience scaling content with AI, automation or structured data
  • Solid understanding of how generative AI systems find, interpret and cite information
  • Experience with multilingual SEO across languages, brands or markets, plus digital PR or data driven outreach
  • Strong analytical skills with crawler logs, large datasets and tools such as Search Console, Screaming Frog or Google BigQuery, and confidence using AI coding agents
  • Strong ownership with the ability to align SEO with Business, Content, Data & Engineering
  • Proven project management experience: running complex cross functional initiatives, prioritizing across competing demands, and keeping several large tracks moving in parallel
  • Able to explain technical SEO clearly to engineers and to non-technical stakeholders, defend priorities with data, and do all of it in excellent English
