We're looking for a curious and proactive Backend Software Engineer who enjoys solving integration challenges and building reliable software. You'll work as part of an international team responsible for developing and maintaining services that connect JobCloud's ecosystem with external platforms. If you enjoy writing clean code, designing scalable solutions and continuously learning new technologies, you'll feel right at home.

QUELLES SONT TES MISSIONS ?

  • Develop and maintain integrations with external systems for both inbound and outbound data streams.
  • Monitor the health and reliability of integration services and resolve operational issues when needed.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of new features and services.
  • Collaborate with engineers, product managers and stakeholders across international teams.
  • Write clean, maintainable and well-tested code following engineering best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving the team's development processes.
  • Help build scalable and resilient backend services that support our growing platform.
  • Contribute to continuous improvements in automation, deployment and system reliability.

QUELLES QUALIFICATIONS ATTENDONS-NOUS ?

  • 4+ years of experience in Back-end Software Development.
  • Strong programming experience in Python and/or PHP.
  • Experience with AWS services and cloud-native architectures.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  • Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, including code reviews and automated testing.
  • Curiosity and willingness to continuously expand your technical knowledge.
  • Strong work ethic, self-discipline and a collaborative mindset.
  • Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted software development is considered a plus.
  • Good communication skills in English.
