• Partner with senior management to shape and evolve JobCloud’s brand strategy and architecture, ensuring bold differentiation and compelling storytelling across all channels 
• Own and activate our brand architecture - developing campaigns, guidelines, and narratives that resonate with both B2B and B2C audiences 
• Set the tone for content: shape our editorial roadmap and steer engaging, high-impact messaging across platforms 
• Elevate JobCloud as an employer of choice by infusing our brand values into internal and external communications 
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and UX to create a seamless and powerful brand experience. 
• Build, mentor, and empower a high-performing Brand & Communications team of 7 employees, while tracking success through data-driven KPIs

• A fair and competitive salary range for a 100% position lies between CHF 135’000 and 145’000 

• Congé maternité/paternité/adoption:

  16 semaines pour les mamans et 3 semaines pour les papas ou en cas d'adoption, payés à 100%.
