Tes tâches
- Managing a team of 8 Account Managers
- Implement and adapt the sales strategy in close collaboration with the Managing Director
- Develop and apply measures to ensure sustainable performance and high standards of service quality
- Oversee planning, allocation, and dynamic management of customer portfolios
- Ensure data integrity and updates in the CRM system (Salesforce)
- Collaborate with internal departments (Marketing, Product, Support, Finance) to ensure coordination and success of commercial initiatives
Ton profil
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in a short transactional cycle model, via phone or video conferencing
- First successful experience in managing operational sales teams (Inbound & Outbound)
- Strong knowledge of B2B services, preferably in digital, media, or HR
- Familiarity with the SME market in the german-speaking region of Switzerland is a major asset
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Fluent in German and English (mandatory); knowledge of French is a plus

- Given your experience, we're looking for a salary range between CHF 120’000 and 140’000 all-in (fixed + variable)
