Customer Support Specialist w/m/d

As a Customer Support Specialist you will help answer customer questions and provide assistance at all stages of the customer experience. We in our small sized service team want continuously to deliver a first-class service to small sized Swiss customers and keep a high customer satisfaction rate.

Be the Swiss Army Knife of customer support. Whether they need a helping hand or a friendly chat, you've got their back, inside and out.You will play a key role in building strong relationships with our customers and ensuring that they use our products and services successfully.

Your Tasks

  • Creating and publishing job advertisements based on customer orders 

  • Creating company profiles in our system 

  • Adding entries and orders in the CRM systems of Sales Force 

  • Administrative, organisational and technical support for customer advisors 

  • 1st level support for internal and external customers via ticketing system & chat 

  • Close cooperation with all sales-related departments 

Your skills

  • Completed vocational training (commercial) - graduates welcome! 

  • First experience and ability to enjoy dealing with modern digital media  

  • Strong technical understanding and affinity on how to work with tools like AI, to provide more comprehensive support, Ticketing Systems (Zendesk), CRM Systems(Salesforce), Excel, Word 

  • Ability to provide clear support to customers 

  • Demonstrating a client focused behaviour to offer the best customer experience possible 

  • Being team oriented, reliable towards clients and colleagues 

  • Having a solution-oriented mindset 

  • Fluency in German and English is a must! Knowledge of French is a huge benefit.

  • The minimum gross salary according for this function starts at € 2,274* for you based on full-time employment. The actual gross salary depends on your qualifications and experience.
