Spotted is a young, innovative recruiting company in Switzerland that connects businesses and talent in a straightforward way – personal, efficient, and with a fresh approach.

• Successfully filling client assignments (mandate-based)
• Participating in and conducting sales pitches, as well as actively selling Spotted’s services to clients
• Generating new job mandates with existing and new clients (upselling)
• Carrying out cross-selling activities
• Building and maintaining a candidate network within assigned industries
• Conducting qualified interviews and preparing compelling application documents
  
  

• At least 2 years of professional experience in the relevant field
• Well organized and able to work independently
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Sales talent and a service-oriented mindset
• Strong problem-solving and hands-on mentality
• Fluent in French and conversational in English

• Depending on your experience and background, the salary range is between CHF 90,000 – 105,000 for a full-time position
