Love what you do – we make employment happen!

The Engineering Manager Partner Products at JobCloud HR Tech leads the engineering team that integrates AI technology from partner companies into JobCloud’s recruiting products. The team owns each integration from the first version to a commercial feature in production. The role is full time, based in Porto, Portugal, and reports directly to the CTO.

Partner Products has one mission: bring the best-fit AI capabilities into JobCloud’s Recruiting Process Platform products. The team works with the companies that build this technology instead of building everything itself. It evaluates and integrates partner technology and offers it under the JobCloud brand. As Engineering Manager, you help decide where partnering beats building. You also shape the team’s roadmap, architecture and hiring, together with Product Management, Platform and Security.

This role suits engineering leaders who still read architecture diagrams but no longer need their name on every pull request. You know when to coach, when to challenge and when to get out of the way. You build trust and work well with engineers who know more than you.
