Your Tasks
- Partner with senior management to shape and evolve JobCloud’s brand strategy and architecture, ensuring bold differentiation and compelling storytelling across all channels
- Own and activate our brand architecture - developing campaigns, guidelines, and narratives that resonate with both B2B and B2C audiences
- Set the tone for content: shape our editorial roadmap and steer engaging, high-impact messaging across platforms
- Elevate JobCloud as an employer of choice by infusing our brand values into internal and external communications
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and UX to create a seamless and powerful brand experience.
- Build, mentor, and empower a high-performing Brand & Communications team of 7 employees, while tracking success through data-driven KPIs
Your skills
- Minimum of 5 years' brand marketing experience, ideally in digital or tech companies; recruitment industry insight is a plus
- Proven success in leading innovative, multi-channel brand campaigns that that spark emotional connection and drive engagement
- Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to unite cross-functional teams around a shared vision
- Energetic and creative mindset paired with strong communication skills
- Strong combination of analytical thinking and emotional intelligence to shape brand strategies that resonate and perform
- Excellent communicator in German and English (French is a plus)
