Engineering Manager ATSi f/m/d (80-100%)

We're seeking an experienced Engineering Manager that ensures stability and drives further development of our ATS integrations. The focus of the team is the integration of 3rd party APIs to reliably forward applications directly to customer applicant tracking systems. You grow people, you innovate, you prioritize. • Establish a close collaboration with your product manager to align product and tech vision
• Leading an existing team of currently four developers
• Support and protect your team to ensure their productivity and overall happiness
• Support the team to write production-ready code that accounts for reliability, extendibility, maintainability, scalability and security (you can stop reading here if these words sound unfamiliar)
• Prioritize what is coming next

• You actually enjoy helping people to develop and grow
• You coded and built software systems in the past
• You are still able to draw boxes with arrows connecting them
• You have an opinion and are willing to share it
• You have experience in a leadership role

• Given the amount of experience we want for this position, a reasonable wage range is between CHF 127'100.- and 153'800.-
