We're launching an early-access product to validate new features with real users. This isn't about writing perfect code, it's about leveraging AI tools to orchestrate multi-agent systems, test ideas fast, and prove them with actual feedback. If you have solid engineering foundations, genuine curiosity, and the mentality of shipping over overthinking, we want to talk.

• Design, build, and operate production AI applications that connect language models with enterprise data, APIs, and business workflows.
• Develop conversational and AI-assisted experiences using tool calling, structured outputs, orchestration, state management, and appropriate combinations of deterministic workflows, RAG, and agentic behavior.
• Integrate and prepare data from APIs, databases, document repositories, and event-driven systems, ensuring it remains secure, current, and suitable for AI use.
• Establish automated evaluation, testing, monitoring, tracing, feedback, and safe fallback mechanisms covering quality, groundedness, reliability, latency, and cost.
• Collaborate with platform and security teams on deployment, CI/CD, observability, access control, privacy, auditing, and prompt-injection defenses.
• Own technical designs, communicate trade-offs, review code, mentor colleagues, and turn ambiguous business needs into maintainable solutions.

• Strong Python and production software-engineering skills, including backend APIs, containers, CI/CD, cloud deployment, and observability.
• Experience delivering LLM-powered, machine-learning, or data-intensive applications beyond proof-of-concept work.
• Experience integrating heterogeneous enterprise data sources and building reliable data-preparation and synchronization workflows.
• Practical experience with grounded AI applications, tool or function calling, structured outputs, and evaluation of nondeterministic systems.
• Understanding of authentication, authorization, privacy, and secure data handling.
• Sound architectural judgment and the ability to lead technical discussions with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
