Das machst du bei uns

  • Act as the primary contact for business leaders, line managers, and employees within your designated areas
  • Serve as a talent advisor and facilitator, ensuring strong succession pipelines for critical roles, identify and develop talent
  • Collaborate with management to provide HR guidance on talent management, organizational and leadership development, annual HR processes, and employee engagement
  • Offer proactive, solution-oriented support advice on various HR matters, including performance management and compliance with local labor laws
  • Lead processes in change management to support organizational needs, ensuring effective communication and transition strategies
  • Support talent acquisition plans in collaboration with the TA team
  • Participate in global and local HR projects, embracing experimentation, sharing learnings, and supporting a culture of continuous improvement

Das bringst du mit

  • Solid experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager, with exposure in an international and fast-paced environment
  • In-depth HR expertise across compensation, employee relations, and Swiss labor law
  • Solid knowledge of Swiss HR practices, employment laws, and regulatory environments
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Abacus, Leapsome) and strong data analysis skills to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement
  • A growth-oriented mindset with curiosity, enthusiasm, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving and innovation
  • Fluency in German or French, very good English skills (min. B2)
